How to setup email

 

Outlook 2000 and outlook express

 

Open the outlook program

Click tools

Click account

Click add (on the upper right pave) then choose mail

Type in your full name as you want to display on the email   => click next

Type in your email address => click next

On the pop3 server name type in   mail.realtyexecutives-select.com

On the smtp server name type in   mail.realtyexecutives-select.com  => next

On the account name type in your email address

Type in your password then click next

Click finish

 

Click properties

Click servers tab on the top

Check the box  (My servers requires authentication)

 

For outlook 2002 and 2003

 

Click tools

Click e-mail accounts

Check Add new email account (Radio button)

On the right pane click add

Click pop3 => click next

Fill in all the blank

The incoming mail (pop3) and (outgoing mail) smtp name is   mail.realtyexecutives-select.com

Your user name is your email address

Click next and finish

 

Click Change

Click more settings

Click Out going server

Check My out going server (smtp) requires authentication
