Please follow instruction below to reboot the phone.

Please look at the picture to see actual screen of the phone

Step 1. Push Configure
Step 2. Push Arrow down 2 times
Step 3. Push Select once
Step 4 Push Yes (the middle button from left to right) once

The screen will go blank and it will come up in a couple second as starting network and when it finish you will see, Your present setting as In Office and your name just like the screen above.
